Les Bories es una case moderna con 3 dormitorios en una caería pacifico eneal compra atractivo de Bouriane entre los valles de Dordoña y Lot, en Francia sudoeste. Un aparte del piso mías bajo es un apartamento con salón, cocina y cuarto de baño. La casa y apartamento tienen acceso al jardín extenso y piscina. En el suma ellos acomodar 8-10 personas.

El acomodamiento sería perfecto para dos familias o una familia con abuelos. El apartamento es completamente accesible a usurarios de sillón de ruedas. Las personas de movilidad limitada  podrán utilizar todas las facilidades la casa y el jardín.

Descripción General

La casa de vacaciones está situado apenas fueras de la aldea bonita de Thédirac, en una ubicación tranquila y sosegada tiene las vistas panorámicas del campo circundan te con numerosas granjas y viñedos. Hay un boulangerie en la aldea que es también una pequen da tienda (5 minutos a pie). Usted encontrara mas tiendas barras y restaurantes en los aldeas de Catus, Cazals y Salviac. Thédirac es  entre el pueblo medieval atractivo de Gourdon, con tiendas, restaurantes y un mercado dos veces a la semana, y Cahors, la ciudad principal de la región, que ofrece una gran variedad de entretenimiento y compras. Hay también  un renovado recientemente, y el famosa puente de siete arcos, el Pont Valentré. Los amantes de vino pueden visitar los muchas "cuevas vignerons" en el distrito para probar los vinos locales.

El pueblo hermanamientos restaurado de Sarlat y los castillos y los sitios prehistóricos del valle de la Dordoña estan bastante cerca y puede gozar un día interesante en el sitio de peregrinación en Rocamadour y cerca Gouffres de Padirac.

Cleaning and linen. 

  • End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental.  Guests can choose o carry out cleaning at the end of their stay.  Alternatively, cleaning may be arranged at a cost of £25 per stay for the house and  £15 per stay for the apartment.
  • Bed and bathroom linen is not included in the rental. Towels may be hired for £1 per towel per week and bed linen for £7 per bed per week.

Local taxes.

  • Taxe de Sejour is included in the rental.

Payments.

  • Payments can be made in sterling or Euros.

Deposit.

  • To cover possible damage, a deposit of £150 is payable 10 weeks before arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay, minus the cost of any breakages.

Changeover day.

  • This is normally Saturday, but may be flexible out of high season.

Mini-breaks, etc.

  • Mini-breaks, long weekends and longer stays:  These are possible outside high season and the apartment is very suitable for those wishing to explore the area when looking for a new home or holiday property.

Pets.

  • Pets are not allowed as they may present a risk of allergic reaction to other guests. However guide dogs may be allowed with prior arrangement.
