Les Bories è una casa moderna con 3 camere de letto situato in un
villaggio molto piccolo e pacifico nella campagna attraente de
Bouriane, tra le valli del Dordogna ed il Lot nella Francia sud-ovest
della. Un parte del piano Più basso e un appartamento con una Camara da
letto, una sala, una cucina ed una stanza da bagno. La casa e
l'appartamento hanno accesso al giardino estenso e piscina insieme
ospitano 8-10 persone.
L'alloggio sarebbe perfetta per due famiglie o una famiglia con i
nonni. L'appartamento è completamente accessibile agli operatori di
carrozzella. Persone con la mobilità limitata potrebbero usare tutte la
facilita.
La casa de vacanza e situato fuori del bel villaggio de Thédirac, in
una posizione calma e riposante. Ci sono delle vedute panoramiche del
che la campagne locale con la fattorie e le vigne numerose. Nel
villaggio c.e un boulangerie che e anche un negozio piccolo (5 minuti a
piedi). Lei troverà un assortimento più larga di negozi, caffè e
ristoranti nei villaggi de Catus, Cazals e Salviac. Thédirac e tra la
cita medievale di Gourdon, con i negozi con i ristoranti, e Cahors, la
città principale della regione. C'e qui una vasta selezione de
divertimento e shopping, ed anche un vecchio quarto recentemente
restaurato ed il ponte famosa de sette archi, le Pont Valentré. Gli
amanti di vino possono visitare i numerosi 'cave vignerons' provare i
vini locali.
La città bellamente restaurato città di Sarlat e castelli e i luoghi
preistorici della valle del Dordogna non sono lontani lei può piacere
un giorno interessante al luogo di pellegrinaggio de Rocamadour ed I
vicina Gouffres de Padirac.

and bathroom linen is not included in the rental. Towels may be hired
for £1 per towel per week and bed linen for £7 per bed per week.
Local taxes.
- Taxe de Sejour is included in the rental.
Payments.
- Payments can be made in sterling or Euros.
Deposit.
- To cover possible damage, a deposit of £150 is payable 10
weeks before arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay,
minus the cost of any breakages.
Changeover day.
- This is normally Saturday, but may be flexible out of high season.
Mini-breaks, etc.
- Mini-breaks, long weekends and longer stays: These are
possible outside high season and the apartment is very suitable for
those wishing to explore the area when looking for a new home or
holiday property.
Pets.
- Pets are not allowed as they may present a risk of allergic
reaction to other guests. However guide dogs may be allowed with prior
arrangement.
